SHEET METAL PUNCHING
The metal punching
is very used in mechanical engineering for the processing of sheet metal. It consists in imprinting by means of the pressure or percussion of a tool, precisely said punch, a sign or a form on the surface. Delta Mec from Casacorba (Treviso) has a punching area equipped with CNC machines, which are fast and extremely precise on geometric or irregular lines.
The production of punched sheet metal is carried out at a very high speed with an average of about rounds per minute with the ability to further improve machining times. The processing can be applied on any type of sheet metal to shape objects and components for furnishing, architecture and building in general. CNC machines of the engineering workshop are also able to perform:
- shaping of metal sheet metal.
